Fundraising Print

Cool it Art as a Social Enterprise has been fortunate to have been able to run solely on funding for all of our projects since 2013 – local government, grants from funding bodies or private donations.

We aren’t running our annual Christmas Card competition this year – because of the current situation in 2020. The Christmas Cards not only showcase the fantastic work of our participants but also helps us raise money to be able to continue to provide these free sessions for families.

We are instead offering the opportunity for donations of £25 and as a “thank you” you will get a limited edition print (including postage and packaging in mainland UK).

The print above was designed by founder, Amanda Callis, and is a limited edition of 100 – it is A3 (297 x 420 mm) and printed on 300gsm paper.

These weekly art classes have been running since July 2013; over 7 yearly programmes we have had a total of 7,409 attendances over 319 sessions and 6 Summer trips. Since the start we have engaged over 200 families in Lambeth and continue to engage more families in our sessions.

Not only are we inspiring future generations through creativity by making art accessible to all; we are also boosting well-being and enhancing community cohesion.

£25 is half of our monthly art materials budget which benefits around 30 children on a weekly basis for 44 weeks of the year (47 if you include our Summer trips to museums!) – so makes a massive impact on what we can deliver.

All money donated will be going to our 2021/22 programme of art classes, from Sept 2021 to August 2022 for children in Lambeth as we are currently funded until August 2021.

If you are in a position to make a donation please contact Amanda at coolitartclasses@gmail.com to be given details on how to donate as well as organising the delivery of your “thank you” print!
